Application for 2014 PTDF Undergraduate Scholarship


The 2014 PTDF Undergraduate scholarship application is
currently on for the Local Scholarship Scheme (LSS)
Interested candidates can now visit the official application
website for the application.

Ensure you follow the guideline in the application portal

WARNING:
1. VIEW THE LIST OF ELIGIBLE COURSES ON THE HOME
PAGE TO CONFIRM YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO APPLY. You
are also required to apply only once. You will be
DISQUALIFIED if you apply twice.

2. DO NOT REFRESH YOUR BROWSER  OR CLICK YOUR
BROWSER BACK BUTTON WHILE APPLYING.

3.CANDIDATES APPLYING FOR LSS UNDERGRADUATE,
MASTERS AND PHD SPONSORSHIP SHOULD SEE THE
PTDF LSS COORDINATORS IN THE NIGERIAN
UNIVERSITIES LISTED BELOW FOR ACCREDITATION
AND COLLECTION OF THEIR PINS (IF QUALIFIED).

-          University of Maiduguri - Geology
-          Ahmadu Bello University – Chemical Eng
-          Usman Dan Fodio University – Industrial Chemistry
-          University of Uyo – Chemical & Petroleum Eng
-          Bayero University Kano – Electrical Eng

NOTE THAT YOU MUST BE APPLYING FOR THE COURSE
ATTACHED TO THE UNIVERSITY (AS WRITTEN ABOVE) OR A RELATED COURSE.  ALSO NOTE THAT YOU CAN ONLY GET A PIN FOR THE LSS APPLICATION VIA THE LSS COORDINATOR.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE BANK OR ONLINE.
ALL QUESTIONS SHOULD BE TABLED TO THE LSS
COORDINATOR.

4. PLEASE COPY YOUR PIN AND KEEP IT SAFE AS IT WILL
BE REQUIRED FOR UPDATES ALL THROUGH THE
APPLICATION EXERCISE.

5. Click on the “START APPLICATION” button to continue with your application.

Biodata:
Fill out the biodata form.
You must fill out all fields marked in the biodata
form. You are required to enter a valid e-mail address.
Click on the NEXT button to proceed to the next step of the
application process.

Family Details:
Fill out the family details form.
Click on the NEXT button to proceed to the next step of the
application process.

Institutions Attended:
Fill out the institutions attended form.
Click on the NEXT button to proceed to the next step of the
application .

Tertiary Institution Details:
Enter your higher education details.
Click on the NEXT button to proceed to the next step of the
application process.

Medical Details:
Enter the details of your medical record.
Click on the NEXT button to proceed to the next step of the
application process.

O’Level Result:
Fill out the O’level details form. Instructions on how to enter your O level details is available on the form.
Click on the NEXT button to proceed to the next step of the
application process.

Upload Photo:
Upload your passport photograph not larger than 30KB in size. Click on the NEXT button to complete your application process.

If you are applying for the first time, Click on the FRESH
APPLICATION button and click CONTINUE to proceed with your application.

If you have applied before but wish to edit your record, Click on the UPDATE MY RECORD button and click CONTINUE to proceed with your update.
