 A military source told Vanguard yesterday that the military does not have Gen. Buhari's certificate. Today, the director of public relations of the Nigerian Army Brigadier Olaleye Lajide, dismissed the reports, saying the military have his academic records, that they're just waiting for him to apply for it.
